Robert A. Del Genio
Prior to founding CDG, Mr. Del Genio was with Ernst & Young LLP as a Corporate Finance Partner and a National Director. He has spent over 20 years in both the mergers and acquisitions and the restructuring fields. He has a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with a concentration in corporate finance and a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has lectured on such topics as M&A Opportunities in Bankruptcy and Valuations and was an author of the Ernst & Young Guide to Mergers & Acquisitions.
