F. Alexander Duff
Mr. Duff focuses on corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining CDG, he was a member of Merrill Lynch’s analyst program. While with Merrill Lynch Mr. Duff gained extensive experience in corporate finance including earnings estimates, asset management and competitive analysis. Mr. Duff graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics and a concentration in finance.
