Every year this peer group publishes its highly-regarded listing of 100 individuals, consisting of professionals determined to have significantly contributed to their areas of expertise within the financial restructuring community. Since 1982, Mr. Del Genio has been advising companies, lenders, creditors, corporate boards and equity sponsors across a diverse range of industries, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Del Genio has led restructurings, divestitures and acquisitions, including valuations, recapitalizations, distressed sales, business and asset evaluations, strategic assessments and capital raising. In addition, Mr. Del Genio has been called upon numerous times to provide expert testimony on issues related to valuations and corporate restructurings. As a leading industry expert and respected colleague, Mr. Del Genio is frequently invited to share his expertise with various organizations and institutions. Most recently he has been asked to participate in a case study panel at Columbia Business School. Mr. Del Genio has a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA (High Honors) from the University of Notre Dame.
