David M. Drinan
Prior to joining CDG, Mr. Drinan was a Director at Glass & Associates and was a Vice President in the Turnaround Restructuring Group at AlixPartners. Prior to starting his career in restructuring, Mr. Drinan was an investment portfolio manager with experience in public equities, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital.
Mr. Drinan has gained over six years of restructuring experience and has advised clients in a variety of industries, including; health care, energy, automotive, consumer products, real estate and construction. He holds a B.A. in Finance from The University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Drinan is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and passed the examinations to qualify for the Certified Turnaround Professional designation.
