Christine Kim
Ms. Kim specializes in both corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Ms. Kim was Vice President at THLee.Putnam Partners specializing in private equity investments in technology, media and entertainment, and consumer industries. Previously, she was Assistant Vice President at GE Capital focusing on equity investments in consumer, retail, and media and entertainment industries. Ms. Kim was a Manager at Ernst & Young LLP’s Restructuring and Reorganization Group after working as an Analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Ms. Kim has a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
