Andrew R. Schlanger
Mr. Schlanger is an Associate who focuses on corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining CDG, Mr. Schlanger worked at Alvarez & Marsal. Through extended engagements, he gained experience working directly with senior management to analyze liquidity and develop cash flow forecasts, prepare and review business plans and assist in developing and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Schlanger spent four years with Thomson Financial as an investor relations consultant.
Mr. Schlanger received his B.S. in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University, and is in the process of completing his CIRA certification.
