Joseph Mathai
Mr. Mathai specializes in both corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Mr. Mathai worked for Zolfo Cooper LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP gaining a broad range of restructuring and turnaround management experience in the manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and service industry sectors. He holds a B.S. in Microbiology from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers Business School.
