M. Benjamin Jones
Mr. Jones specializes in both corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining CDG, Mr. Jones was a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP in the Corporate Finance Group where he specialized in providing financial advisory services to clients pursuing acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising activities. He also spent time in Ernst & Young LLP’s Valuation Advisers Group where he specialized in transaction related valuations. Mr. Jones holds a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in finance from Wake Forest University, has passed all four parts of the Certified Public Accountant’s Exam, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
