Gregory S. Boyer
Mr. Boyer specializes in both corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to assisting in the founding of CDG, Mr. Boyer was a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s Restructuring and Reorganization Group and a Vice President with Gordian Group, L.P., an investment banking boutique focusing on restructurings. Mr. Boyer has a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University, an M.B.A from Columbia Graduate School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
