Michael P. Monaco
Mr. Monaco is a member of CDG’s Crisis Management practice, where he is responsible for advising our clients with respect to the development and execution of turnaround business plans, complex restructurings and refinancings. Prior to joining CDG, Mr. Monaco was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accelerator, LLC an outsource solutions provider to the venture capital community for start up companies. Before founding Accelerator, Mr. Monaco was a Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of Cendant Corporation and Chief Executive Officer of its Direct Marketing Division. Prior to that he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the American Express Company. Mr. Monaco has a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and an MBA from Farleigh Dickenson University. Mr. Monaco is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
