Mark A. Hopkins
Mr. Hopkins specializes in providing advice to companies and lenders in the troubled credit environment. Key to a number of his assignments has been the establishment of debt and equity levels, the design and negotiation of alternative capital structures, securities and restructuring plans, and the sourcing of finance and negotiation of financial agreements and covenants. Prior to joining CDG, Mr. Hopkins was a Managing Director of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC, focusing on providing financial advisory and restructuring advisory services. Previously, Mr. Hopkins worked for Bank of America as Head of Global Shipping Finance. Mr. Hopkins gained his M.A. Degree in Chemistry at Oxford University, England.
